There’s a new shoe store in town. Popular Canadian retailer Shoes.com has opened its first pop-up store in Toronto’s fashionable Queen Street West neighbourhood.
Established in 1996 – yes, their online store goes that far back – the opening of Shoes.com pop-up shop smack dab during the middle of the busiest shopping season of the year is very smart. It’s location is perfectly situated to catch the eyes and attention of holiday shoppers in the busy shopping district, who feel like they owe themselves a little treat for their feet.
Inside, the pop-up shop combines the look and feel of a showroom with the functionality of a retail store where shoppers can try on shoes from local and international brands such as Timberland and Pika, before placing their order online. This is a convenient shopping concept, especially if you don’t feel like carrying around another heavy shopping bag as you try to knock presents off of your holiday shopping list. Plus, Shoes.com is offering two hour delivery within Toronto, which means your order might be on your doorstep before you get home.
Every six weeks the theme of the shop will change to showcase new brands and styles from some of the 400+ brands that Shoes.com offers; look out for the shop’s January’s theme, Canadian Brands we love.
Location: 356 Queen Street West, Toronto.
