For today’s blog entry you get a two in one combo; I finally reveal my outfit purchase from my weekend shopping excursion and I’m announcing the first giveaway since I’ve revamped the site, a $100 gift card to spend at Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre – exciting stuff!
What amazing buy did I score during the Bloggers Love TO Shop day trip to Vaughan Mills? An A.L.C. leather dress from the label’s pre-fall 2012 collection that’s what! Made from lamb leather and cut in a ultra-slimming silhouette, the Mika dress – as it’s dubbed – was hanging among the sea of clothes in Holt Renfrew Last Call. I stumbled upon it by complete chance and showed it to the ladies (Nelia, Anita, Gracie and Hawley) who then ordered me to try it on, politely of course. Once I donned the dress and showed it to them I received eight thumbs up and knew this dress and I were destined to be together.
Best quote of the entire shopping experience goes to Nelia who said, “Kimberly, if you don’t get that dress I’m going to maul you!” – enough said and sold. The dress originally retailed for $719 and was marked down for way less.

My favourite stores are tied for first and they’re the Michael Kors Outlet and the Holt Renfrew Last Call. I find there aren’t many similar type stores and you can get awesome deals at both! Like your A.L.C dress!

My best experience at Vaughan Mills was finding a perfect nude oversized clutch by Rachel Zoe at an amazing price. I receive so many compliments every time I use it :) Best decision ever!

My favourite store is a tie between H&M and Forever 21. Both stores have soo much to offer, they have all these different styles that pertain to each individual. Sometimes I just wish I could buy everything in the store, ahah
